Ariel is absoulty adorable! She has learnt how to tickle, ticka ticka ticka she says in her cute little voice! I of course laugh so hard not because she is ticking me but because it's just too cute! This month Ariel has started to sing! Her first song that she sang is her favorite song "Thank you Father, Thank you Father for this food, for this food. Bless it to our bodies, in the name of Jesus, Amen Amen!" Our prayer before we eat. Her second song is one that she learnt in her music class "I see you, I see you Trallalalalalala *2 After that was Twinkle Little Star, Jingle Bells. She is currently leanring the ABC's and Head and Shoulders (so werid that it has a new tune from the one we grew up with!) She is so into singing. I am proud to say that she sings on tune and such a beautiful voice! Well she is my daughter after all! :> This year we are doing music classes that are great for now. Next year I am swithcing to a different program called Music for Young Children where they start to teach them notes and all of that stuff. By age four they introduce piano! The private school that we are sending Ariel to offers (for a fee) piano and sining lessons during school hours! So we will be doing that of course also. I love that it's offered at school! Three weeks ago the last time that I worked Chad had an appoinement so he dropped Ariel off at his parents. Chad's mom told me that Ariel asked her "where's grandpa?" To which my MIL replied "He's working" Ariel than asked "Where's Daddy?" To which she replied "he's working" Ariel than asked "Where's mommy?" My MIL said "She's working" Ariel than poitned her finger and said "No she's shopping!" My MIL than said "She has you pegged!" How funny is that? Everyone else works but mommy shops! That morning Chad had dropped me off at the mall, she must have though that I shop a lot! So funny! I just realized that I never did updat eon my job. I have been kept on! I was hired temporary for Christmas but they have kept me on as something called Per Diem. Bascially I am employed there but I don't get regular shifts. They call me when they have hours for me. The least I have to work to keep my job is 3 hours every three months! In one way I wish I would have a shift every week or so but on the other hand whatever I still get my discount! I think this is a job I will be keeping for a long time..... Today has been a really great day. I feel so good! Why can't every day be like this? I went shopping today with two girlfriends and our kids. I bought Ariel a plush Dora doll as she loves Dora. I was also thrilled to discover No Slippy Clippy's (hairclippy.com) at a store in the mall! I love them as they are aligator clips wrapped in ribbon, which don't damage hair. There expensive at $8.99. I knew that some other stores in our city carried them but they were out of my way and I never went. I am glad that I found someone who sold it close by! Yay! It was fun shopping with my friends and hanging out! OOOOO I wanted to update on that last saturday I went to see Michael Buble in concert! He was amazing! He really puts on a good show. Tammy actually brought me. Her husband Tim bought her tickets for Christmas and wanted her to take a friend and she picked me. As many of you know about our history it was very kind of her to do it. We went for dinner first and had a great night! Several people left me notes regarding names for my new baby. Chad and I are discussing it but we haven't really gotten to into it. We still think highly of our boys name from last time. Although we are looking at others. Please feel free to let me know if you have any names that you love and would like to share with me! We are finding girls names the hardest. Ariel is such a pretty name I really want if I have another daughter to have a pretty name also. Last time I didn't share my list on DL, my reason was that several friends I have did read this. I know one does from time to time. I guess it shouldnt' matter. Chad and I are still debating finding out the sex although he did say he was willing to pay the $200 to find out! Last time I was so opposed to finding out. This time I kinda want to! I don't have many names but here are some" ARABELLA I love this name but Chad says it's too close. But it's so pretty! And I can call her Bella! ELLA Chad also doesn't like this name. That's it for girls names it's so hard! Boys names: I won't tell you what our boys name last time was but here is our list not so sure on all: BRODY makes me think of the hills though, HARRISON love it but I hate hate hate the nickname Harry! HUDSON, our favorite, AIDEN sadly the #1 in our province but we don't know ANYONE with it and we really like it! Let me know what you think! Have a great weekend all! |
